Biography
Brad Scriven has been practicing law in Colorado for over 35 years, including serving as a Boulder personal injury attorney. As a Colorado native, Brad attended undergraduate school at Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado (1987). He graduated Law School in 1990 attending the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver. Brad was awarded the Zarlengo Merit Scholarship while attending The University of Denver. Brad is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Federal courts. He is a diehard Denver Broncos Fan, father to two children, Justin and Jamie. He is also a proud grandpa of Lorelai and Bradley and enjoys spending time on the weekends watching his grandchildren compete and perform in their sports and activities.
With over 35 years of experience, Brad specializes in the art of negotiation, finding strategic resolutions for his clients before, during, or even after a trial has concluded. The goal is always to provide the steady, seasoned guidance needed to navigate complex disputes and secure the best possible outcome with a personal, straightforward approach.
